We had a trainee sales person so she kept us waiting for 30 minutes on collection of the car. She didn't come over to apologise which was a less than ideal situation.

Had a good experience with Vines in Guildford. Great customer service from Scott Langley. He spent well over an hour talking me through the car, etc. and has offered assistance going forward even though I don't live locally.

Andy Thompson was extremely customer focused and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy. His follow up over queries was immediate. He obviously has a great passion for his work.

As my MINI was ordered from the factory rather than from stock, the process took around 10 weeks but I was kept informed throughout.

Even though my car had a fault and I couldn't take it away immediately, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept updated regularly.

I was satisfied with the end result, but found some gaps in the communication in regards to delivery timing etc. I made more calls to the garage than they did to me.

Communication has always been great when dealing with Vines mini- when you had to visit the vines bmw for your service/mot I always felt ignored or in the way. (I think probably because they were very busy all the time).
