Unfortunately, my car needed a new tyre to get through its MOT. It was Fri pm & couldn't be done till Monday. I explained I HAD to be at a family funeral at 1115 on Monday and as promised, it was ready to be driven away by 0930.

There was a slight delay with checking into the service reception and it can be frustrating trying to call and no-one picking up. The online videos reporting the progress of the car and ability to approve work online are great.
