It was all going well until after I collected the car, I didn't know it was my responsibility to wrap up my previous finance agreement I assumed because I was part exchanging my current mini for a new one the finance would be managed by the dealer.

I had many problems! related to my car being in the shop, the mechanic broke something and I had to wait while they found a part which they did not have in stock. My car is old but had no scratches but when I got it back it was scratched! :((((.

Card reader was not working so payment was difficult, light bulb replaced at a ridiculous price only to find the warning light was on again the following day. New door handle on passenger side was fitted for me to find it was the wrong one
