Delivered the car to the service centre one day prior to the service. Agreed to collect it at 1330. Eventually received the car around 1500. Asked for a valuation, eventually undertaken, but no valuation given. Still waiting.

New hood refitted under warranty. Polite and helpful service. The job took a day longer than estimated because a spring broke - we hadn't planned for this, so maybe warn customers. The roof was fitted well.

Once there everyone was very helpful but not having the option for a loan car or being dropped anywhere, but no waiting appointments available makes it very difficult and unhelpful prior to the visit. Only option is to pay £40 for a hire car?!

The fault for which the car was brought in (sunroof not working) was fixed. However, after I collected the car I found interior roof lights and switches not working and daylight driving lights not functioning correctly.

I waited and was told 2 hours but ended up being 3. When the car was first returned, the brake disc warning light had not been reset so had to wait a bit longer while that mistake was corrected.

I had many problems! related to my car being in the shop, the mechanic broke something and I had to wait while they found a part which they did not have in stock. My car is old but had no scratches but when I got it back it was scratched! :((((.
