I have used Carwow before to order an Audi 11 year ago it was my first ever expensive car and they did not offer the quality of service I received from the Guildford delaership. They offered a really good deal, were attentive & went above and beyond

Vines did the right and honourable thing of not charging me for fixing the software problem that I'd inherited when I bought the car, I was not charged for the service either, and appreciated both gestures. Steph was great to deal with, too

Again totally impressed. I arrived early. Steph opened the Service Department right on time. I was greeted by Steph and had the service process explained in a friendly and professional manner. Service completed within the 2 hour timeframe.
