It was such a lovely surprise to see my MINI so exciting. The lovely red big bow was a great feature. Pity I couldn't take it with me ??. I was so pleased to have chosen the colour green and black. On the whole I was more than satisfied.

Time between the excitement of ordering and picking up over 3 months later, when there was absolutely no contact, meant the excitement had gone, the current car was great and the new car was just a purchase.

An unwanted £145 air on recharge was included. When I checked in online I said is was not requested or required. The confirmation of check in still showed it. I emailed and response confirmed it would be removed. Still there on day when checked in

The issue I had with the tyre (fitted by Quick Fit) after a puncture was diagnosed as badly fitted, resulting in loss of air. The service team re-fitted the tyre and gave me a full report that I could give to Quick Fit.

like the showroom set up. Waiting area and coffee set up is fair. A sign indicating milk in the fridge wouldn't be too hard to do. I heard 2 people ask for milk. miss the mini bus to Guildford though, it got suspended during Covid. Covid is over!

After speaking to Elliot the previous day about the problem I had I came in the next day to find out that he had teed up Steph about my issue.Upon my arrival I was greeted personally which in this day and age counts for a lot. Not just being a number
