The staff were friendly and were helpful with a loan car due to the " not knowing " when my car would be delivered. I had sourced the car myself online as I didn't want to wait for a factory made to order. V(

We have been customers of Vines for decades. This was unfortunately the worst purchase experience we have had. Whilst Oscar and Jon did their best to look after us, the systems, delays and lack of ability to specify our vehicle was very poor.

New car not fit for purpose. No help to collect. Brand new convertible with faulty roof. Slow diagnosis. Hounded to bring Liam car back. Accidentally taken off insurance mini assist no use.

Great communication with Steph and kept informed as my mini was being serviced and I was waiting on site as it was done . Had access to drinks and internet and also Steph had my car washed for me and fully explained the work carried out .

No problems with the service, I was kept informed throughout, only issue was that, while I was told at one stage that the work should be complete in half an hour, it was in fact about another 90 minutes
