It was all going well until after I collected the car, I didn't know it was my responsibility to wrap up my previous finance agreement I assumed because I was part exchanging my current mini for a new one the finance would be managed by the dealer.

I waited and was told 2 hours but ended up being 3. When the car was first returned, the brake disc warning light had not been reset so had to wait a bit longer while that mistake was corrected.

I had many problems! related to my car being in the shop, the mechanic broke something and I had to wait while they found a part which they did not have in stock. My car is old but had no scratches but when I got it back it was scratched! :((((.
