Total waste of time leaving the car at mini garage, then BMW technician has to then drive the car to BMW garage then back to mini garage total waste of time. WHY, doesn't make sense

Vines recently performed a health check & informed me that 1 of the tyres needed to be replaced as it was a run flat & did not match the rest. This meant that they had sold me the car last year in this condition.
