The information I was given was incorrect and I was lead to believe I needed £600 of work to pass the MOT. I took my car to another MOT testing centre and it passed with one bulb change at a cost of £38 including the bulb.

Initial part exchange figure appeared to assume I'm stupid. Hencenjoy delay in deal. 'We' generally research how much our cars are worth before coming to see you. I don't mind you making a profit but initial offer was downright derogatory.

Good and courteous service, but when I first used my windscreen wipers after having the car serviced one of the blades came off! It appears not to have been fitted properly. Fortunately it was on a quiet road. The other blade was loose.

The process for handing over a breakdown at the weekend didn't work - service didn't know the car was there; then I remain disappointed that I was forced to pay for new plugs given they were changed at service 4,000 miles previously

Poor unwilling to listen to the customer and tried to have a tyre replaced despite the screw not having pierced the tyre. How skilled are your engineers that they couldn't see the screw was just stuck in the gap of the tread and not embedded.

Nobody informed us that the service was not being done at Vines and when I eventually found out it was at the BMW service centre the arrangements there were shambolic. Also when I asked after service if computer had been reset I discovered it was not

Alex was great. No request was too much. He did the impossible in finding a build slot in march which meant I saved lots of money on hire cars. It made the process of having an accident and losing a car much better.

The only thing that let you down was that nobody told me that the Mini showroom was closed for refurbishment - so I was very confused upon arrival until I spotted the (not very clear) sign that I needed to go to BMW

Work done as required while I waited, incl car wash. Only issue is that the car check I paid for indicated rear brakes need new pads in 3-4000 miles, but indicator says 24,000. If indicator is incorrect, it should have been reset.

I reported a problem with the centre ring, centre display and fuel gauge illumination. The Illumination fluctuates up and down continuously. No fault found was reported and the fix that was suggested was to switch the centre display off ????????

Car service fine, customer service good. Upon getting in the car, the complimentary clean was not satisfactory. You had hoovered mats, but left dust and dirt elsewhere. Bodywork was generally clean, inside windows had been wiped with a dirty cloth.
