The purchase was easy and straight forward, the dealer was very helpful and went through everything. All questions answered and I was kept up to date with how my order was progressing. The hand over was very detailed and I never felt rushed.
Because I was completely satisfied. I am unable to think of any incidents that would cause a different answer.
(Through keyfob info told I needed my rear brakes done. Arranged for this with MOT. When arrived told keyfob indicated 4000 miles still to go on brakes. During morning telephoned & told needed front and rear brakes done. Yet last MOT said 8 and 9

I was in situ for a few hours - a kettle would be better than the hot water machine which doesn't work well with tea. The fridge needed a good clean out & the endless music was a bit mind numbing - all minor niggles
As stated above the only reason I havent given 1 star is because they fixed the rattle the car came with when I bought it.
Chris MacIsaac at Vines in Guildford is brilliant- he also sold me my first Mini and I went back to him this time. He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers - not at all a pushy salesman
My Mini was scheduled for work on a Thursday, but despite being at the garage at 7 a.m. that day, work didn't start until the following Monday. At no point was a replacement car offered to me.

Car washing service needs a little more training. A poorly washed car is not and should not be acceptable. Better off not washing it.... Is the car washing team employed by Vines of Guildford? If so, plse send them on a training course with Autoglym.

Can't fault it and Elliott delivered the car to my home on his day off which is really good customer service.
One star missing as have to return this week to have further repairs. I hope I can say 5 after clutch is fixed
Whilst my dealings with the salesman were good I think your sales staff should stress the problems with road noise and ride comfort to prevent people like me making an expensive mistake.

My problem with my car was resolved and the shuttle bus service was very efficient to get me to the train station.

The work done was ok, but my car wasn't really clean on return. Of more concern was that you were going to let me drive home on Friday and back on Monday with a car that wasn't Road worthy. Then when I explained I was stranded and needed to get home
Chris dealt with me, he is exceptional, Nothing is too much trouble, explains things in detail and in a way I can understand. Advised me after the service if there were any outstanding issues or potential problems that may arise in the near future.
